Ezra is one system for the whole client lifecycle, from first enquiry to final invoice.

2. **Intake & qualification.** Every enquiry answered, qualified and routed — by a voice AI agent that never misses a call.
3. **Compliance gates.** KYC, AML, conflicts and engagement letters — gated, tracked and cleared before work starts.
4. **Matter management.** The matter workspace — documents, calls, emails and tasks, always in sync with Clio.
5. **Financials & P&L.** Matter P&L, WIP, realisation and fee-earner utilisation — straight from Clio and Xero.
