The Site is a marketing and information page for a software product currently in development under the brand "ezra.". No software, product, or commercial service is offered through the Site itself. The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos, trademarks and source code, is provided for general informational purposes only. Information on the Site may be changed, replaced, or removed at any time without notice.

All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content — including the "ezra." word mark, logo, and associated brand elements — are owned by or licensed to Thomas & Le Consulting Limited. The courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
